I told my neighbor, my sister, and my parents they need to get the mosquitoes treatment. We have not seen any mosquitoes since you sprayed. Tomorrow I am getting the ant spray treatment. I am letting my neighbor know how that works for me. Hopefully you will get a few more customers.

TruGreen and getting results

My lawn was out of control. I had tried to take care of it myself but I couldn't keep up with the treatments, didn't know which products to use so I switched brands. It wasn't working. I noticed my neighbors were using TruGreen and getting results. My lawn is weed free for and I'm a happy guy

TruGreen is a reliable

TruGreen is a reliable lawn service which brings very good results. My lawn is realtively free of weeds and is very lush and green. The service is convenient. You do not have to be at home when the technician comes which is a plus.

I would like more information regarding the timings for things like overseeding to avoid having chemicals kill off the seeds. An estimated schedule of treatments for the year would be helpful.

My experience

My experience was a good one. Based upon the condition of my yard at that time, TrueGreen performed a nice service. I do think that it is a little early to really see the effects because it takes some time however they were prompt and courteous. Thank you TrueGreen.

There is a big difference

Tru Green has definitely helped with my lawn and shrubs. There is a big difference when you compare my lawn vs. a neighbor that does't use Tru Green. They are always very timely and always provide excellent communication and notification when the service is being completed.

There needs to be a solidified

There needs to be a solidified itinerary updated quarterly of for that matter monthly. In an effort to provide the customer with 'full disclosure' and a complete understanding of what service is being performed. For example, I myself received lime treatment October 2017. Then again in the Spring of 2018, only to be charged and billed. Calling to question what I paid for when I paid for the full year of service I was explained the lime treatment only occurs once a year. And that I will not get the treatment again for 2018. Now December 2018 comes around and here again another lime treatment performed and billed. This is not an accurate reflection of the expectation of the program and needs to be visited. Other than the above most of the individuals servicing the lawn have been great. Particularly Mr. Derrick and Mr. Raheem, as I greatly appreciate their thorough work ethics.

great job

Tru green has a good job in making my lawn look nice. Would have give 5 stars but there is on spot that is shaded and grass has not grown in that area. It has been 2 or 3 years and it seems like they are unable to get that area to grow even after 2 overseeing and aeration treatments. Do not know if they are putting down the wrong type of seed in the area. I would recommend the service. The lawn has gotten better than what it was.

I had some concerns after my first year

I had some concerns after my first year with tru green they sent out an expert, We walked my property he sent me a written plan, at no additional charge their agent followed the experts recommendations, now my lawn is thick and beautiful. I'm pleased to say I'm a happy tru green customer
